“I feel like I’ve gained some really valuable insight into an amazingly different culture. There is such a heart to Africa, and all the people that live here have an inner life that you really don’t encounter a lot in the rest of the world. Or at least in America, I guess. I feel like my trip here has made me want to run out and experience the rest of the world, and I knew that I wanted to travel before but I didn’t realize how much.

I also feel like I’ve gained the confidence to travel by myself after having seen how well it went in Africa. I think I’d really like to work with animals too, having gotten to know the lions and how much fun it is to be around them. I’m sorry I could talk about how Africa has changed me forever, but it just wouldn’t fit on this sheet.”
