Sponsor a Child Zambia - update

Sponsor a child and support their school as well!

If you sponsor a child in Zambia then a percentage of your sponsorship fee will go towards what is termed “General Funds”. This money is for the school to spend as they wish and obviously the amount depends on how many sponsored children they have in the school.

We meet with each school individually and discuss with them what they would like to spend the money on. We then purchase the items and deliver them personally. This week we have been visiting all the schools on the programme and below is a list of their requests:

Linda West Basic School – Chalk and writing paper
Mulwani Basic School – Sponsoring of another child
St Raphaels Secondary School – Text books
Nakatindi Community School – Funds being put towards Nakatindi Health and Education Centre
Syanalumba Basic School – Text Books
Mwandi Community School – Lockable cabinet
David Livingstone High School – Writing paper
Ngwenya Community School – Chalk and writing paper
Nasanzu Basic School – Paying of water bill and text books
St Francis Junior Secondary School – Text Books
Holy Cross Basic School – Text Books
