THAF hits the Road for the Livingstone ‘Fun Run’…

LIVINGSTONE 10 KM FUN RUN to VICTORIA FALLS

On 18th July 2009 Rosie and Lucy from The Happy Africa Foundation Livingstone team ran 10 Km from Livingstone Post Office to the Sun Internation Hotel gift shop.

They were dressed as nurses and both completed the race in under 1 hour!

Both Lucy and Rosie met with the mayor and Rosie took a trophy and hat home for the first female to cross the finishing line!

A big well done to Welly and Hannah from African Impact who completed the race despite an injury early on. Many thanks also to Neale and African Impact staff for their time and use of transport.

Last but not least… Many thanks to all our supporters. In total we raised over: £1325 !!!
